  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Marinade

In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Add the shrimp and steak cubes into the bowl, tossing to coat everything evenly. Let this marinate for at least 15 minutes so the flavors really sink in.

Step 2: Prepare the Foil Packs

While the shrimp and steak are marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lay out four large sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the halved baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes among the sheets, placing them right in the center.

Step 3: Assemble and Grill

Evenly distribute the marinated shrimp and steak over the veggies on each foil sheet. Top everything with slices of lemon for a burst of citrusy flavor. Fold up the sides of the foil and seal them into packets, making sure they are securely closed to trap all the juices inside.

Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes. The shrimp should be opaque, and the steak should reach your desired level of doneness. Carefully open the packs—watch out for steam!—and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
